Hi, I’m Jerret Laycock…

During my lifetime as an athlete and now as a strength coach, I have had the opportunity to train in various environments working alongside some incredible professionals, many of which are considered Masters of their respective craft. Through these experiences, I explored and was exposed to a vast variety of training methods. This was predominately speed and agility training for many years but I have also had the privilege to spend a lot of time with body builders, power lifters, cross fitters, HIIT trainers, martial artists, movement specialists and more.

After about 7 years as a strength coach experiencing such variety, I started to see strength and conditioning a little differently. I learned that there isn’t one training style that is best; there is no hierarchy. Everyone needs a combination of training styles to reach or unlock their full potential. I also began to see how certain training styles correlated with people’s personalities and when someone found their training style or element, they were more successful in reaching their long term fitness goals.

After taking as much wisdom and knowledge as I could from working with each of these groups, I started to organize these training methods into a progressive and balanced program. I want to give you the opportunity to explore all the elements in order to discover which style works best for your lifestyle so you actually enjoy working out and will therefore be more likely to stick to a clear path and reach those goals! I believe this approach won’t only get you to next fitness level, but it will have a lasting impact on your ability to continue to live a healthy and active lifestyle!
