My name is Jordan and I tore my acl while playing basketball (I was pushed while splitting two defenders). Throughout the injury, Jerret worked to find the right professionals to assist and expedite the recovery process during proper stages of healing. After that, he helped build new strength and stability exercises to support the surrounding muscles. Working with Jerret was an extraordinary experience as he was able to detect instabilities in other areas to support stronger knee function. He helped change my perspective on movement and strength but also forged new concepts about healthy eating and a healthy mind. My name is Brad and I had trained with Jerret for about 6 months. I am a Professional MMA fighter who had a few muscular imbalances when I first started. Jerret has helped me to almost completely eliminate my chronic shoulder problems and address a weak ankle which is now no longer an issue. The overall training experience is fantastic! Jerret is upbeat everyday and is always organized with his training plans.

For the all-in soccer player that I am, I was nervous moving up to play at the under 15 AA level. I still felt as if my size and strength wasn’t quite as what it should be. So a relative of mine who knew Jerret recommended his training program. Long story short, I am still awaiting my major growth spurt, but I feel so much more confident in holding my ground on the field against a lot of the bigger guys my age now! His tips on healthy eating and pushing me to drink more water has completely changed the way I think about Nutrition. Then during the sessions, he pushes me when he knows I still have a bit more in me and encourages me to keep going! On multiple routines!

I recommend Jerret to everyone for his positive attitude, and he always answers any questions you may have - don’t hold back I have loads of questions that he has answered for me to help me understand everything better. You should also try his program for his awesome pointers in each exercise which will help you be better every day!

I would like to thank Jerret for all his help as I prepared for a long distance cycling trip. Jerret has taught me to warm-up correctly to reduce the chance of injury - which is very important to me. He progressively creates new and interesting training circuits so I am exposed to different workouts and so I don’t get bored. My endurance has been improving over the last year and I recently hit a new distance high on my bicycle!

I can see a change in my shape and I really do sleep well after each workout session. I would recommend Jerret for anyone who wants to improve their fitness, appearance and confidence!

I had been going to a gym for about seven months when my fiancé and I set a wedding date. I found the dress and I wanted to feel my best of the special day so I asked around for who could help me get to where I wanted to be, and I was recommended to see Jerret! I met with Jerret soon after, and I quickly knew he would be the motivation I needed to improve my eating habits. Having someone to hold me accountable has been what I needed, and Jerret is always making recommendations for food choices and good substitutes.

I found Jerret to be an extremely motivated and knowledgeable personal trainer. after years of various therapies such as physio and massage to relieve the pain from multi-sport activities, I had found Jerret. After just a few short days he had implemented a mobility program to rectify mobility issues I was having. I had been living in pain with restricted movement for a couple of years and within a couple of days I could feel results. After that we moved onto strength and conditioning. Working with him and his training program for a couple of months had improved my strength considerably! Beyond working with me on strength and mobility he has educated me on the need for proper eating and what type of foods would be more beneficial around workout times - and why!

I would definitely recommend training with Jerret and hope to get back under his instruction again. His program has given me the ability to get back to running and cycling regularly without pain and his knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism are second to none!
