ELEMENTAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

Training should be simple. You should know where to start and where you want to go on your fitness journey - just like any adventure! The reality is that not all of us do. The fitness industry has so much conflicting advice on how you should train and how you should eat, that it can be difficult to navigate your journey.

At FLIP we’ve done all the exploring for you. We have taken many different training methods and grouped them into four simple categories to provide a clear road map for each “Training Element”. We call it “The Elemental Approach” to training, of which each program is inspired by a different element: AIR, WATER, EARTH & FIRE!

We love this approach because it is a beautifully simple way to reinforce the important benefits of balance. We believe that a combination of training styles will help you unlock your full potential - so you can Master Your Element. We understand that all the various training methods out there can be confusing and so it makes it hard to determine which programs, or path, is best for you to invest your time and energy towards.

Think of all the programs and equipment out there as very specific tools for producing specific outcomes. At FLIP we like to focus on helping you choose which outcome you want or need to work towards - then we already have made the path safe and easy for you to follow from there!

If you're worried you won't know how to do some of the exercises, no problem! We’ve simplified that too. These programs are easy to follow and every exercise has a link to a FLIP YouTube demonstration video so you always know you're doing the exercise correctly and safely!


AIR

Move your body better

The initial training phase has been made to be done at home. This body weight program will improve your mobility, flexibility and general endurance as you build up your mind-body connection and movement control.


Water

Resist & control forces

The second training phase is designed to improve your overall stability and movement fluidity. Increase your ability to resist and control external forces while building muscle and your overall work capacity!


Earth

Move heavy objects

The third training phase has been created to improve and maximize total body strength. Increase your barbell competency as you learn how to progressively overload your body’s capability to move heavy objects!


Fire

Explosive speed & power

The fourth training phase is designed to improve your overall power output and movement velocity. Increase your ability to accelerate/decelerate as you learn how to produce power in all directions!


TRAIN FOR THE TEE (Golf)

T4T is a home based, 6 week, golf specific workout series, designed to launch you into the golf season. You will have access to 25+ hours of follow along workout videos, complete with detailed instruction and demonstration. Suitable for all fitness levels, as there are exercise modifications provided throughout! Commit to T4T and start the season off right!
